Ingredient • Wheat flour 3 cups • Salt 1 tea spoons • Sugar 2 tea spoons • Dry yeast 1 tea spoon • Baking powder 1 tea spoon • Vegetable oil 2 table spoons • Water (room temperature) 1 1/2 cup • Baking soda 1/2 tea spoon • Vegetable oil (for frying) • Wheat flour (for flouring prep table)



Steps 1. Sift wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda together in to a mixing bowl. Add dry yeast and mix well 2. Mix warm water, sugar, salt and 2 table spoons of vegetable oil together 3. Add dry mixture to Dough kneader then add liquid mixture and start kneading. Cover the dough with wet towel and leave to rise for 6 hours or overnight 4. Prepare your table with flour and cut the dough into your preferred shapes and sizes 5. Use a little water to stick two pieces together 6. Add oil to fryer and fry dough in medium heat until floating and crispy
